Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how resios uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and within the Service. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our use of cookies as described here, except where your consent is required by law, in which case we will request and rely on that consent.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and SDKs (collectively referred to as "cookies" in this policy). Cookies can be "first-party" (set by resios) or "third-party" (set by service providers acting on our behalf or by other parties whose content is embedded). They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (which remain until they expire or are removed).

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to function, including authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and remembering items you have placed in a form. These cookies cannot be disabled in our systems and do not require consent. Functional cookies allow us to remember choices you make, such as language, region, accessibility preferences, and interface settings, in order to provide a more personalized experience. Analytics and performance cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Service so that we can measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve the product. Marketing and attribution cookies, where used, help us measure the effectiveness of campaigns and, in some cases, deliver more relevant content. Non-essential cookies are only used where you have given consent in jurisdictions that require it.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to: (a) authenticate you and keep your session secure; (b) remember your preferences and settings; (c) understand how the Service is used and identify performance issues; (d) measure the effectiveness of our marketing and attribute conversions; (e) protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not use cookies for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Third parties

We work with selected service providers that may set cookies on our behalf, including providers of cloud hosting, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, video and chat embeds, marketing, and advertising attribution. The names and current list of providers are maintained internally and disclosed in our consent banner where applicable. Each third-party provider is responsible for its own privacy and cookie practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Your choices

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and provide a consent banner that lets you accept, reject, or customize categories. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer or banner. Most browsers also allow you to view, manage, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact functionality, including the ability to stay signed in, save preferences, or use parts of the Service.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for interpreting these signals, our Service responds to consent choices made through our cookie settings rather than to DNT signals. Where applicable law requires us to honor GPC or similar signals, we will do so for the relevant categories of cookies and tracking.

Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service. If you have questions about this policy or our use of cookies, contact us at privacy@resios.com.
